Abstract
For the polycondensation reaction of Aa1…Aas—Bb1…Bbt type, the sol fraction above the gel point is investigated in detail by taking Stockmayers gelation condition as a criterion. Furthermore, the scaling behavior near the gel point is revealed to reach an asymptopic form of Stockmayers equilibrium number distribution from which a generalized scaling law is deduced.
