Abstract

An on-line reliability test and health management system scheme based on electronic controlled hydraulic pump was studied in order to get the real-time health status of the hydraulic pump in this paper. The existing pump controller was improved to collect multiple real-time operating parameters from the pump and send these parameters to cloud data center through industrial ethernet. Cloud data center as the core of data analysis was implemented to complete analysis and processing of the collected parameters, resulting in the realization of online health management, reliability assessment and life prediction of the hydraulic pump. The simulation results show that the system can successfully achieve on-line life prediction and health management of the hydraulic pump with the decrease of time cost and experimental loss.
