On-Chip High-Speed Programmable Silicon Photonic Fano Resonator

Abstract

We propose and design a high-speed programmable silicon photonic Fano resonator chip, which shows a flexible tunability in terms of resonant wavelength, slope rate, extinction ratio and an ultrashort response time of 108 ns.
