Abstract

This article mainly introduces the simulation analysis method of axial flow turbine used in automotive gas turbine. The commercial software Concepts NREC is used for the auxiliary design analysis of axial flow turbines. The professional software NUMECA was used to numerically simulate the three-dimensional flow field. The distributions of static pressure, static temperature, Mach number, and secondary flow development inside the impeller were obtained, and the impeller performance and internal flow characteristics were qualitatively analyzed By comparing and analyzing the simulation results, the effects of main structural parameters on the performance and internal flow of an axial flow turbine are obtained.
