Abstract
This paper designs and manufactures large-scale metal lattice anti-explosion structures by Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM), and analyzes their anti-explosion performance using the COMWEP method for explosion load simulation. It studies the influence of different lattice configurations and core rods of different diameters on the anti-explosion performance of the overall lattice sandwich structure, and concludes different influence rules of the pyramid configuration and the BBC configuration. Under appropriate configuration parameters, the anti-explosion performance of the lattice sandwich structure can be improved by up to 40% compared with the steel plate of the same weight.
