Abstract

Aiming at the formation problem of complete and accurate assembly process-data-packet for complex product, a multi-dimensional management method of assembly process data was proposed and the process data management system was developed by analyzing the data's dynamic evolution characteristic from the perspectives of granularity, cycle and version. Based on assembly process information organization model, the association relationship between different granularities, cycles and versions process data was established in this system, and the process-data-packet was generated to output the data, which could realize the integrated management of process data and evolution process. The developed system had been validated and applied in aerospace-related manufacturing enterprise.
