N2 - This paper introduces a method of MATLAB image processing, to monitor and control the pathological changes of the fish carries on the aquiculture. On theory of median filter, dealing with gray image to control yawp. On theory of binary, dealing with gray image. On theory of shrink and expand, dealing with binary image to wipe off impurity. Then through the concept of area square, finding out judgment of the pathological changes of the fish, that is the area of the white pixel. So, as long as statistics the number of white pixel, compared with the covariance data, can immediately judge whether appears the pathological changes of the fish.
