Abstract

—At present, 800V high voltage drive system has become the development direction of new energy vehicles. Electromagnetic interference (EMI) is a major challenge in system design. In order to predict EMI and verify the effectiveness of EMI suppression technology at the initial stage of system design, a SPICE equivalent circuit modeling method for motor drive system based on port impedance measurement is proposed. According to the physical structure of the system components, the IGBT module model High voltage (HV)DC and AC busbar model, busbar support capacitor model, HVDC shielded cable model, and drive motor model are established, and parasitic parameters are accurately extracted. A complete EMI prediction model of motor drive system is constructed by combining the component models together. According to GB/T 18655-2018 and GB/T 36282-2018, simulation and experiment of system conducted EMI are carried out to verify the accuracy of the model.
