Abstract

Mathematical model and control process of the NC machine tool BKX- I are analyzed. An effective method to express the pose of the platform by the cutter position is proposed. According to the characteristics of the machine BKX- I itself, the interpolation strategy, made up of the coarse interpolations and fine interpolations, and the control strategy, made up of the off-line control and the on-line control, are proposed. All the methods were verified with experiments.
