Abstract

We proposed a gain-saturated RSOA and TOF based spectral red-shifted, directly-modulated tunable fiber ring laser as upstream laser source to suppress the reflection-induced crosstalk in a single-fiber bidirectional multi-wavelength TDM-PON system.
