Abstract
Lake eutrophication control and management in domestic cities are always under the administrative dominations of multiple bureaus or departments. It may result in the unsatisfactory outcomes of eutrophication control. A method on Comprehensive Integration of Lake Eutrophication Control Techniques (CILECT) was proposed in this paper. Then a Management Information System (MIS) was combined with CILECT to constitute a CILECT-MIS. The databases of CILECT-MIS were made up of spatial data, monitoring data and management data. Both the planning projects and countermeasures were comprehensively integrated in the system. The CILECT-MIS was applied in Hanyang District, Wuhan City, which is comprised of four inner layers; basal databases, comprehensive evaluations, information managements and user interfaces.
