Abstract

Aiming at the problem of evaluation result uncertainty, which is caused by the fact that the characteristic vector of the traditional radar chart is closely related to the sequence of indices, this paper presents a new radar chart evaluation method. Unlike the traditional radar chart evaluation, the components (area and perimeter) of characteristic vector are extracted based on the calculation of fan section. Then the evaluation vector and evaluation function are constructed using the calculated characteristic vector to make a comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation of instances shows that the improved radar chart method is effective and the result is uniqueness.
