Abstract

Measurement and control systems for a turbocharger compressor performance test rig are designed and developed. By analyzing the principle of measurement in compressor performance experiments, the parameters and method of control of the compressor performance test rig are decided. The hardware and software section of the compressor performance test rig measurement and control systems are designed, and programs for the corresponding modules written. The compressor performance experimental process realizes an integration of management and control. The systems developed have been used in a real turbocharger compressor performance test rig and showed their reliability and stability.
