Abstract

to solve the problem of sharing information in injection system match of high pressure common rail (HPCR), briefly analyzed information and different knowledge used in system match and parts design in diesel engine, match content of high pressure common rail injection system is presented, knowledge based engineering (KBE) is introduced into system match to provide various knowledge and experience to user, the whole structure of high pressure common rail system match is built, based on KBE, for different parts of this system, design guiding tree of HPCR system is provided, index character of HPCR System and its parts, detail evaluation method in whole match is presented. Real instance of HPCR system match in 493 diesel engine is given to explain match process, by means of dual-indexes evaluation model, type selection of common rail injection system is made, and system parameter is determined, nozzle in electronic controlled injector is designed according to parts design guiding tree, test of injection system match of HPCR in diesel engine is made, verification of injection system match based on KBE can show a validity.
