Abstract
Magnetic and magnetization properties of CoFeB nanowire arrays electrodeposited in alumite templates were investigated. The coercivity (HC) and remeanent squareness (Mr/Ms) curves derived from hysterisis loops as a function of angle (θH) between the field and the nanowire axis were used to understand the magnetization reversal mechanism of the nanowire arrays. Moreover, the temperature dependence of HC and Mr/Ms was also studied.
