Abstract

In this paper, a phase noise estimation method called minimum bisection blind phase search (MB-BPS) is proposed. Comparing with original blind phase search (BPS), the result shows that the number of multipliers can be reduced by 48.7% and the adder is also decreased by 47.9% under similar bit error rate (BER) performance.
