Abstract

The availability of dielectric material with high dielectric constant make possible the improvement of the size and weight of the filter by producing the filter using dielectric resonator. The realization of the dual-mode dielectric-loaded resonator filter further reduces the size and weight volume of the filter. This paper presents a novel realization of the linear phase dual-mode dielectric resonator filter in simple structure which introduces a cross-coupling between two non-cascade resonant cavities in the normal dual-mode dielectric resonator filter.
