Kinetics model and effecting factors of dispersing of cluster munition from steel gasbag

Abstract

Base on the classical interior ballistics theory and the typical structure of cluster munitions dispersing on steel gasbag for double layer bullet arrangement, a kinetics model of dispersing process is established. Numerically calculating procedure is compiled by four-order Runge-Kutta method. The interior ballistics performances of a typical structure for bullet arrangement are calculated to obtain the curves about pressures of powder chamber and steel gasbag, velocities of bullets inside and outside in dispersing structure, bullet acceleration and combustion percentage of powder. On this basis, the pressure, velocity and acceleration are acquired by analyzing the effects of powder mass and steel gasbag perimeter on dispersing process. The computing results are agree with actual rule.
