N2 - Cloud computing has accelerated the implementation of wearable devices. Data is the core task of wearable devices, and ensuring the integrity of data in cloud-assisted wearable device systems is related to personal life and health issues. Therefore, it is even more important to check the integrity of data by category. In recent years, some data integrity schemes have been proposed. However, these schemes adopt Public Key Infrastructure and face some problems of large certificate management overhead, which are not suitable for mobile wearable device systems. For this reason, we propose a cloud-assisted wearable device data integrity audit protocol based on keywords. Specifically, we use identity-based cryptography to generate authenticators and design a keyword-based index to ensure that third-party auditors can directly check the integrity of data containing a certain keyword according to the keyword, which is beneficial to the protection of wearable system data integrity. Security proofs and experimental results show that the proposed scheme is secure and efficient.
