Abstract
Studies the proprietary constituents from the root of Crataegus. The chemical constituents were isolated by means of chromatography on silica gel, polyamide and sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical characters. The compounds obtained were identified as 5,7,4'-trihydroxyflavone (apigenin) (I), 2,3,4,6-tetramethoxy-7-hydroxy-dibenzofuran (II), β-daucosterol (III), and β-stigmastero 1(IV).
