Abstract

To improve the high frequency performance of the PDE fuel supply system, common rail technology as the leading technology in diesel engine was adopted to develop a new fuel supply system named CRP. We also researched the control performance, flow performance and dynamic response performance of the CRP. The results illustrate that injecting time can be controlled to the microsecond level and the difference of each injection in all tubes can be controlled within 5%, as well as the dynamic response time can be less than 1 ms.
