Abstract
Principle and constitution of intelligent system for on - line and real - time monitoring cutting tool states and synthetic sensors schedule combined a new type fluid acoustic emission sensor with motor current sensor are stated. Parallel communication between control system of automatic machine tools and the intelligent monitoring system, and expert system for identifying cutting tool states are presented. A successful intelligent system fot on - line and real - time monitoring cutting tool states in FMS is constructed to decide automatically which sensoring ways, monitoring mode and identifying methods were chosed in machining processing.
