N2 - The Available Transmission Capacity (ATC) of the line is an important indicator for the grid dispatch component to develop an offer strategy. How to consider the impact of energy storage trading on ATC in real power systems is a difficult issue that needs to be addressed today. In this paper, the non-sequential Monte Carlo method is introduced to simulate the operating state of the power system, and the system components are modeled and analyzed and introduce the concept of system risk indicator to sequence the faults of the system in order to improve the calculation speed of the system ATC, and then we establish an economic dispatch model of energy storage participating in the spot market taking into account the cost-benefit, and finally we establish a model of ATC calculation taking into account the spot transaction and verify the validity of the model on the IEEE39 node system. The effectiveness of the model is verified on the IEEE39 node system.
