Hybrid control strategy research based on pump and valve cooperate system in parallel

Abstract

In order to combine efficient of pump control with accuracy and fast response of valve control, this paper investigates the pump and valve cooperate system in parallel. First, the system mathematic model was built, the system performance and oil source efficiency were analyzed. Then, a hybrid control strategy that includes pump PID control and valve segmented PID control was proposed for system localization control, a hybrid control strategy that includes pump PID control and fix the output, valve apply iterative learning control was proposed for system dynamic tracking control. Simulation shows that, compare to pump control system, segmentation double PID control strategy can improve parallel system response speed for localization control; fixed PID control and iterative learning control make parallel system both efficiently and accuracy with fast response.
