Abstract
The hydrothermal reaction of V2O5, MoO3, NiCl2·6H2O, enMe (1,2-diaminopropane) and H2O produces [{(H2O)Ni(enMe)2MoV4Mo VI4VIV8(VVO 4)O40}2{Ni(enMe)2}][Ni(enMe) 2]4·8H2O, which is the first compound containing polyanion dimer linked by transition metal coordination fragment. The structure of this compound was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, EPR and IR analysis.
