HIL test of ABS controller based on Labcar system

Abstract

On the basis of VDYM model, a modified ABS simulation model is downloaded and run in RTPC. Board cards are configured and connected in Labcar IP. Experiment data is monitored and recorded in Experiment Environment. According to the results of experiment on high-adhesion and low-adhesion road, the curves of velocity and pressure in wheel cylinders are close to those on real road. Thus, this system is proved to satisfy the requirements of the HIL test towards ABS controller.
