Abstract
A high speed data acquisition and processing system for linear CCD was presented. A double storage memory structure is used to store the linear CCD image which is grabbed frame by frame. The storage memory can be addressed by the CPU directly. The high speed data acquisition and processing of CCD signals have been implemented with 16 bits bus CPU including 8097 single-chip computer. The system has been applied to the measurements of parallelism and perpendicularity of large size work-pieces.
