Abstract

According to the state-of-the-art technology of telemetry ground in the world, a scheme and design of the new high-rate programmable frame synchronizer in PCM telemetry system is introduced in this paper. It not only adopts a high-rate full-digitalized correlation detector with a new slipping threshold window, but also uses the design of the development of the status machine and the microprogram. This high-rate programmable PCM telemetry synchronizer based upon the PLD technology has been fulfilled. The result of the experiment shows that the scheme and development are successful.
