N2 - Electronic devices are becoming portable, miniaturized, and high performance, and are more and more widely used in emerging complex fields. Electromagnetic functional materials and devices with multiple functions that can be applied to complex scenarios urgently need to be developed. This research assembled a multifunctional magnetic heterodimensional structure through interface and defect engineering, and conceived an innovative hybrid energy storage device and a multifunctional antenna. The heterodimensional structure exhibits excellent microwave absorption, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and energy storage properties. The minimum reflection loss is −57.06 dB at 6.16 GHz, and the optimal EMI shielding effectiveness is 74.08 dB at 18 GHz. At the current densities of 0.5 and 3 A g−1, the discharge/charge specific capacities of the heterodimensional structure remain at 836.64/820.48 and 401.4/401.7 mAh g−1 after 300 and 500 cycles, respectively. Hybrid energy storage device can convert electromagnetic energy into electrical energy for storage. The multifunctional antenna shows excellent energy harvesting characteristic in S, C, X, and Ku multi-bands. The |S11| can reach −65.6 dB and can be tuned by adjusting the dielectric substrate thickness. This work will furnish new prospects for the design and development of multifunctional materials and devices used in complex scenarios.
