Abstract

Aiming at the features of complex shape, fixed station and mixed yard in ship curved block production, an Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) shipyard layout technique of ship curved block based on real-time collision detection was proposed for meeting the demand of curved block construction planning on the precision, visualization and efficient control of the spatial layout. Based on the parameter injection modeling of curved block layout, a dynamic process-oriented real-time collision detection algorithm for curved block was searched, which achieved the visual HCI layout and solved the space conflict problem caused by adjusting posture, changing shipyard and build time. A technical mechanism capacity of structured and controllable layout was built. Through the actual project instance analysis, the reasonableness and effectiveness of the technology was verified.
