Abstract
A detail introduction on the performances and principle of CCD 441 full-frame image sensor, and an analysis and study on the functions as well as the technical parameters of the CCD chip that are widely concerned in the application of CCD were made. According to the performances of the composition components, the way the charge transfers, the way the output is amplified, and the working sequential waveform were given. Besides, the terms and definitions used in the application of CCD were also described herein.
