title = "Formulation of Cognitive Skills: A theoretical model based on psychological and neurosciences studies",
abstract = "The current attempt is to propose a theoretical Model for Cognitive Skills (CS) formulation based on semantic analysis of comprehensive psychological and neuroscience literature studies. Secondly, the semantical investigation able us to proposed statistical estimation and mathematical formulation of the relationship among CS and Human Factors (HF). As to detect the level of CS during critical tasks, need a clear and precise information about HF. In cognitive tasks, HFs are the most predominated elements that are able to change the level of mental abilities of an individual and finally, guide us toward the reason behind richness and poorness of a CS. Declines in individual cognitive abilities are very common in aged individuals due to the influences of factors like Urban/Rural, Blood Type, Infected, Smoking, Drinking Alcohol, Socioeconomic status. In the current study, selection of literature based on Established Theoretical Formulation (ETF) and Programmatic Empirical Investigation (PEI) of Psychological and Neurosciences literatures provided a precise and most authentic knowledge base for further semantical, statistical and mathematical examination because we can have different kind of limitation to perform an experiment for the availability of dataset (small dataset, time-consuming, and a possibility of mistakes). In order to achieve our goal as a Mathematical Solution for CS based on Psychological and Neuroscience Studies (MSCSPNS), we proposed a consistent theoretical model which can lead us towards efficient problem solution using Trial \& Error as well as Derivative method.",
