N2 - The normal way by which the managers handle environment changes and the problems which exists during the product life cycle is just under original policy, so usually it cannot solve the problems essentially. This paper overviews the exiting organization structure, adopts a dynamic ideology to redesign the structure. Flexible Sphere Approach (F.S.A.) is a dynamic approach by which the managers can change the structure of the enterprise when they face some management problems. By this way the enterprise is in a dynamic state, so during the enterprise's developing period, the enterprise can utilize all kinds of the resources at a maximum extent, and avoids some problem which can't solve essentially.
