abstract = "As the main part of the transmission system of tank and armored vehicle, the performance of the integrated transmission device directly affects the overall performance of the armored vehicle. Because of the complex working condition of the integrated transmission device, it is very easy to develop fault, so the fault diagnosis of the integrated transmission device is particularly important. When the fault information is incomplete or inconsistent, it is difficult to get the correct conclusion. To solve this problem, a comprehensive fault monitoring system for transmission device is designed, and a fault diagnosis method for transmission device based on rough set and BP neural network is proposed. Based on rough set theory, condition attribute and object reduction are carried out, redundant components and objects are removed, and then the number of layers of neural network and nodes of each layer are determined, and the fault diagnosis system of integrated transmission device is established. Finally, an example is given to prove the prediction results at the beginning.",
