Abstract

摘要: 听力损失是最常见的致残性疾病,人工耳蜗植入(cochlear implantation,CI)是治疗重度至极重度听力损失的主要手段。本共识通过德尔非法系统探讨了基因诊断在CI术前评估及疗效预后中的价值和意义,参考国内外研究及临床经验,提出了基于循证医学的三级预后分级体系(良好、临界、不良)。本共识聚焦于与先天性听力损失密切相关的常见遗传性非综合征型听力损失(如GJB2、SLC26A4、OTOF、LOXHD1等基因突变致病)及遗传性综合征型听力损失(如Jervell & Lange-Nielsen综合征、Waardenburg综合征等),分析其病理机制对CI效果的影响。共识通过多轮专家研讨及投票形成推荐意见,强调基因诊断可优化患者选择、预测预后并指导术后康复,为不同基因型患者提供分层管理策略,推动精准医疗在CI领域的应用。.
