Abstract

In response to terrorist bombings, a producing method of highly polyurea elastomer composite material was made by SPUA and high strength fiber. SPUA mechanical test of the quasi-static and dynamic was tested. The results show that the SPUA material has a strain rate correlation property. A highly elastic constitutive model of SPUA was established based on Mooney-Rivlin model. The composite made by SPUA and Aramid fiber weave cloth material was test and it was obtained that the mechanical properties of tearing strength increased by about 20%. The research results provide a theoretical support for high elastic composite material design.
