Abstract

According to the needs of small-medium enterprises in network economy environments for the enterprise dynamic alliances enabling systems, an ASP scheme supporting, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based enabling system, e-Scope system is proposed, which is composed of modeling objects, GUI-tool objects and managing-objects. The modeling objects are basic elements for building platform, the GUI-tool objects are interfaces for configuring and operating the system, and the managing-objects are in charge of management and coordination. Based on the modeling objects, the system is able to construct a service enabling platform to meet the needs of the alliances and to define the business process within the alliances, to provide an economic and feasible enabling environment for small-medium enterprise dynamic alliance.
