Abstract

Combined the deficiencies in our national defense scientific research industrial organization and the research advantage of virtual scientific research organization in solving them, this thesis used the theory of trading-cost and producing-cost, analyzed the cost issues of our national defense scientific research industrial organization. After applying the virtual scientific research organization, the trading-cost could be dropped down and fewer investment could lead more output of scientific research, then we get the dominance of applying virtual scientific research organization to our national defense scientific research industrial organization.
