Abstract

ECG is a non-stationary electrical signal, and the process of collecting ECG signal inevitably contains various noises. This paper proposed a new method for ECG signal denoising in fractional Fourier domain. Firstly transform the signal into fractional Fourier domain, and then use 2D-LMS filter to process the characteristics of signal, finally get the denoised signal in time domain by inverse transformation. Simulation experiments are carried out with the data of MIT-BIH database. The results show that this method can restore the waveform characteristics of ECG signal, effectively improve the SNR of noisy ECG signal and reduce its MSE.
