Abstract

The speed characteristics of single-mode and dual-mode hybrid transmission were analyzed. The influence of motor power on the output characteristic was studied by using maximum output torque optimization model. Considering the rational matching of dynamical output characteristic and motor power, the multi-objective optimization model was established and the optimal compromise Pareto solution was achieved using multi-objective genetic algorithm. Based on the operating-point distribution of motor speed torque, the outside characteristics of motor A and B were designed. The result shows that the system matching optimization design of the dual-mode hybrid transmission is improved.
