Double yard cane scheduling for curved block in shipbuilding

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that lack of planning coordination for double yard cane scheduling oriented to curved block in shipbuilding, the technical framework came up with job scheduling problem and lifting crane lifting target analysis was proposed. A dynamic allocation rule based on heuristic rules and based on dynamic balance of collaborative task allocation rules was formed. With double crane lifting as the core, the balance allocation mechanism for priority, time coordination decision rules and crane task was formed comprehensively. The simulation optimization of double yard cane allocation was developed with the proposed algorithm, and the effectiveness was verified with cases.
