Abstract

A novel digital closed loop system of Coriolis mass flowmeter (CMF) is devised and realized. Closed loop amplitude control is based on digital signal process methods and digital control rules, so as to improve dynamic response, static precision, and environment adaptability. According to practical requirements, a hardware scheme that combines advantages of both analog and digital technologies is employed, so that the hardware cost and algorithm complexity can be reduced, and the total performance can be improved.
