Development research on test and control system for piezoelectric stack actuator in high pressure common rail system

Abstract

To meet the demand of piezoelectric stack actuator developing for high pressure common rail fuel injection system, a test and control system of the piezoelectric stack actuator was developed. This system included the test bench, the driving circuit hardware and the monitor software based on the Labview software. Experiment was made to test the hysteresis, creep, stiffness and dynamic capability of piezoelectric stack actuator made by the CETC26, verifying the accuracy of the system.
