Development of a pure electric vacuum sweeper

Abstract

Circuit functions of high and low voltage for a pure electric vacuum sweeper were described, the structure of battery box and operation system were discussed. The calculation of SOC is the key point and difficulty for battery management system. Some general research methods of SOC were summarized and simulation curves of battery were compared with test curves. The successful experience of the pure electric vacuum sweeper is significantly recommendable for the future development of electric vehicle.
