Abstract

A constructing scheme of jamming simulation system for mono-pulse terminal guidance radar is proposed. Based on the analysis of several common jamming techniques against terminal guidance radar, one implementation abstraction with some common characteristics for different jamming scenes was obtained. Simulation architecture in system level was brought out and some key problems were discussed in detail, such as position update, coordinate transform, echo signal generation, beam modulation, and so on. One simulation system for pull-off jamming with multiple deceptive targets was developed with the proposed architecture. Main jamming parameters were designed in this system and the rationality of design was verified by taking pull-off in range as an example for simulation. Through comparing the simulation results with that of theoretic analysis, it is proved that the system simulation method proposed can be used to design appropriate parameters for concrete system and it is correct and valid.
