N2 - The overall design use two-stage distributed control module to test the performance indicators of the potentiometer in the servo control system, in order to determine whether they meet the control requirements. The host PC use graphical design based on virtual instrument Labwindows/CVI which is easy human-computer interaction. Its function includes sending test commands, data analysis and processing, graphics display and data storage and printing. The slave control system based on DSP as CPU is to receive and execute the test commands, drive and control torque motor, collect and analyze test data. PCI expansion card based on PCI-bus is used to complete serial communication between the two level.
