Abstract

The equivalent simulation system can effectively solve the problems of complex test process, long period and high cost of the traditional original machine bench test. This paper takes the single-cylinder internal combustion engine as the research object, and proposes an equivalent simulation system. The system uses the servo motor as the power source, designs the active loading mechanism and combines the double-headed cylinder to equivalent the working load of the cylinder. The load acts on the equivalent piston end of the center crank connecting rod mechanism, which is equivalently designed by similar principles, and through the joint simulation of Adams and Simulink, the equivalent simulation of the kinematics and dynamic characteristics of the single-cylinder engine is realized.
