Abstract

To solve the problem of sparse measurement methods under field actual vehicle operation conditions, an integrated test system architecture is developed based on hybrid bus network for armored vehicles. Based on NI CompacRIO development platform, this system can realize data acquiring, transmission, real-time deploying and storage for vehicle dynamic measurement by wire test, wireless test and Controller Area Network (CAN) bus test. Considering the total number, the different sampling frequency and the data size of the vehicle testing signals, a strategy of self-adaptive data flow control is proposed, which is composed of self-adaptive data buffer control strategy and pseudo homogeneous sampling strategy based on highest sampling frequency. Dependent on the PIX platform, the experimental testing environment is established to test the function of the system. The results show that the armored vehicle integrated test system not only works reliably but also meets the testing requirement or armored vehicles.
