Abstract

A universal embedded image processing module based on FPGA and DSP is introduced. This module can be used in most image processing projects, the designer only need to design different ADC, DAC and interface. The system has many advantages such as high performance, low power consumption, low cost, expandable, restructurable, flexible, and so on. The cost and development period can be reduced if the system is applied to projects.
