Abstract

This paper takes a light off-road vehicle as the research object, analyzes the stress of the vehicle, and calculates the strength and stiffness of the rail.UG software on the left and right longeron, five beams and longitudinal, beam connecting plate and so on for 3d solid modeling and assembly. The difficulties and solutions in modeling are analyzed.
